What is the best way to order on your site?
Peruse the store and select your favorite designs and items. Once you place an order, we will put your items "into work." If you have selected the "Receive a Proof" option on the ordering page, we will email you a proof of your design for your approval before we begin. We will embroider your item once you approve the proof via text or email.
How do I know which fonts and thread colors to pick?
Many designs simply require the selection of a font and a thread color - we have tried to make this as easy on you as possible! The description for each item lists the font that we used for our sample as well as detailing the selections that you need to make for the product you are ordering.
How can I see what my name is going to look like in a certain font?
Font viewers are available for all fonts and monograms in our Resources tab on the main navigation bar. Thus, if you would like to see what a particular letter (or name) looks like in a particular font, simply refer to the font viewer for a graphic of each letter.
Please remember that if you can't quite visualize what a name will look like in a particular font or monogram, we are happy to mock it up and sent it to you via email or text for a small fee. Just select the "Product Proof Approval" button on the ordering page, and we will automatically send you a proof.
Colors can be hard to visualize from a swatch, how do I make sure I am picking the best color?
As with the font viewer pages, a thread chart is available in the Resources tab as well. Each design also comes with suggested thread color choices for your desired name or initials that match or coordinate with other colors used in your selected design. This helps to make the thread-picking process virtually foolproof.
What if I still need help with ordering?
If you need an assistance in finalizing your design, we are always available to help at info@deaconlane.com. We also have a chat feature that is available on during the day - just click on the light blue chat button in the lower right corner of your screen to begin a chat.
What is your turn-around time?
Our lead time will be displayed on our website.
Is expedited delivery available?
If you require expedited delivery, please contact us and we will do out best to accomodate you. A rush fee may be required depending on our current volume of orders.

I love your designs, can I order them on other items?
Yes! If we have access to what you would like us to custom-make for you, we are happy to do so! Please connect with us through our chat feature or via info@deaconlane.com We are often asked to make t-shirts, sweat shirts, and similar items for "bigger" kids - just get in touch with us directly.
Outside Items
We do not accept outside items for embroidery at this time.
What is your turnaround time?
Our current lead time should be displayed on our website at the top of the home page (and other pages). Our turnaround typically runs 3-10 days, from date the order is received and released for production until the order is ready for shipping. Once it has been transferred to the freight carrier, the actual delivery times will be determined by the carrier.
How does your shipping process work?
Delivery
We provide a variety of shipping options via major carriers including expedited shipping. We do not ship internationally at this time. Shipping charges are based on the items ordered and the delivery address and will be calculated at checkout.
An order with multiple items shipping to the same address will be held and shipped together once the enter order is completed.
We provide a variety of shipping options including expedited shipping. You will select your shipping preferences at checkout. Please remember that expedited shipping does not impact the amount of time needed to hand-craft your custom order.
Timing
Deacon Lane is not responsible for carrier delays. We will always do our best to ensure that your shipment arrives in a timely manner but we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date. Unfortunately, shipping carriers may experience delays beyond the estimated arrival date.
You will receive tracking information when you place your order. Once the item leaves our facility, please contact the carrier with any concerns you may have regarding the delivery.
Multiple Addresses
When shipping items on the same order to multiple addresses, you will be charged shipping for each additional delivery address.

Gifting Options
Can you include a gift enclosure card?
Sure we can! Just specify what you'd like to say on the card and we'll make it happen!!
Do you provide gift wrapping?
We do offer an option for a gift bag & tissue paper to be shipped with your order. Please check the gift bag option on the ordering page and we will make sure that your items arrive, individually packaged and ready to be placed in the bag. At this time, we do not offer gift wrapping.
May I cancel an order?
We are not able to cancel or modify any special order item(s) after order has been received.
May I return my items?
All sales on personalized items are final. Please proofread all spelling and order details before check out. Remember that we are happy to send you a proof for approval, for a small fee before we sew out your final order.
If something is wrong with your final product, of course we want to help! Please contact us at info@deaconlane.com and include a photo in your email.
Can I combine multiple coupon codes?
No, due to a Shopify limitation, only one promo/reward code can be used on each purchase
